ABOUT US
Alieu Saja Jallow’s goal in life, prior to his death in 2009, was to sponsor as many children as possible in continuing their education. He had a thirst for knowledge himself, achieving his bachelor’s degree.
His dream was to see all children from all walks of life recieve an education and continue his mission of giving back to their community.
The mission of the Alieu Saja Jallow Foundation is to help build and develop schools in The Gambia, creating an environment where all children can receive a quality education in an inclusive, safe and healthy environment.

To achieve our mission we must build from the ground up, rebuilding structures, outfitting schools with furniture, books, computers, kitchen, lunch room, solar panels, internet, running water, sports equipment, playground, etc.

Africa has the highest rates of educational exclusion in the world, with girls much more likely to stay out of school than boys. This issue can be mitigated by creating access to quality education.
